Cancellation Policy
At Zepay Money, we strive to provide seamless and transparent financial services to our users and partners. Once a service request, application, or subscription is initiated, cancellation may not always be possible.
1. Loan Applications:
Once a loan application is submitted and processed, it cannot be cancelled from our end. However, users may choose not to proceed with the loan offer provided by the lender.
2. Franchise / Partner Registration:
Any registration or onboarding fee paid for becoming a partner or franchise is non-cancellable once the onboarding process has been initiated.
3. Service Requests:
Cancellation of any service request must be done within 24 hours of submission. After this period, the request may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
Zepay Money reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request based on the status of the service.
Refund Policy
Zepay Money follows a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. No Refund Policy:
All payments made towards registration, onboarding, or service fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
2. Duplicate Payments:
In case of duplicate or excess payments made by mistake, the user may request a refund. The amount will be verified and processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Failed Transactions:
If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, the refund will be processed automatically by the payment gateway or bank within 5-7 working days.
4. Exceptional Cases:
Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of Zepay Money.
